CACD2
J’écorénove, the Crédit Agricole group service that helps homeowners with their eco-renovation project: assessment, grants, financing and RGE-certified tradespeople.

(01)The context
Renovating a home is often an uphill battle: understanding your energy performance rating (DPE), knowing which grants exist, finding the right financing, then a trustworthy tradesperson. J’écorénove brings all of this together in one place for homeowners.
I worked on it from May 2024 to October 2025 at CACD2 (Crédit Agricole Conseil & Développement Digital) as Senior UI Product Designer and design system lead for the product, working with the Crédit Agricole group’s system designers.
(02)The challenge
Making technical and financial topics simple and reassuring: energy, grants, credit and certifications.
(03)The approach
- 01UnderstandInterviews, user tests and benchmarks to spot the blockers, then explain the energy rating, grants and the RGE label in everyday words.
- 02DesignMobile and web journeys that guide users step by step: simulate the project, estimate grants, assess financing, find an RGE-certified professional.
- 03SystematiseEvolve the product’s design system, align its components with the group’s, and support the Product, Tech and Business teams through to launch.

(05)The results
A unified journey from wanting to renovate to a concrete project, in a consistent, accessible interface aligned with the Crédit Agricole ecosystem.
What I took away: on a high-stakes topic, trust is earned through clarity. Each screen should answer one question at a time.
